Tuition & Registration
IBT Academy Fall Program begins on September 3.
Tuition is due three times a year: on September 1, December 1, and March 1. March payment will include classes until June 12.
Tuition is non-refundable. See make up class info below.
The first payment will include a $25 registration fee (one time per year.) Please print out, complete, and submit the following registration form to a Faculty member along with your payment.
A late fee of $30 will be added on if the payment is more than a week late and $50 for any returned checks.
Please note that the following holidays
- Winter Break
- Spring Break
- Memorial Day
will be included in your tuition payment and may be made up if you choose.
Tuition is not transferable from one month to the next, nor can it be credited to the next session for another family member. No deductions will be made for holidays.
No make up classes allowed for students with unlimited tuition: that rate is already heavily discounted. To make up privates and regular classes please choose any date throughout the school year and before June 16, and notify the office about making up.
A 5% discount will be applied when you make your yearly payment in full at the beginning of fall registration.
Private lessons and coaching for competitions are available (please contact instructors for additional info).
